Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the date of arrival.

For cancellations after this period, including no-shows, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged.

​Refund for free cancellation:

​If you cancel your booking free of charge, we will of course refund the amount paid – minus the payment fees charged to us by the payment service provider for the original transaction.

These fees vary depending on the payment method you chose (e.g., credit card, Klarna, etc.) and are usually between 1.9% and 3.0% of the booking amount. They are automatically retained by the payment provider and therefore cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
